    Hello,

    One of our subscribers has a valid free.fr email address but is currently marked as “Bounced” in MailPoet.

    The subscriber has confirmed that the address is valid and that they still want to receive our newsletters.

    We are using MailPoet Free. Could you please check whether this address is present in MailPoet’s internal bounce/suppression list and remove it if possible?

    After that, I will manually change the subscriber status back to “Subscribed” in the WordPress dashboard.
