Remove notice when deleting post / page

    Hello everyone, i use YOAST on a lot of sites and one thing that came up a lot recently is the message when deleting a page its like «Dont let the visitors slip through your fingers» (translated from german. This message creates a lot of uncertainity for the clients and i just need to remove it. Also it looks more like an add that a real help so i really need to get rid of it. I did not find the option for it, someone might have a helping hand?

    Thanks for your feedback. We understand how that notice can be confusing, especially when managing content and aren’t familiar with redirects. At the moment, there isn’t an option to disable or hide that message. It’s intended as a reminder to consider creating a redirect when deleting a page, as this helps prevent visitors from landing on a 404 page if the deleted URL is still being accessed.

    Thank you so much for your feedback. It is very confusing, i wonder if it would be possible to disable all these messages if i would go to Pro? For now we are looking for other solutions that dont disturb our clients as it is currently looking like spam to them and we had some uneasy questions about it.

    Currently we are looking for solutions to disable by functions.php or to switch to another plugin. That is the insight i can give you from our side, we dont see another way in this case and hope this option to disable such notices will be added in future versions.

    Hello Pascal,

    The redirect feature is available in the premium addon of the plugin.

    @maybellyne So this would mean that this message that is very confusing is no longer appearing?
