Blank white page with clean install

Hey there,

I’m not sure if you know about this already but if you install the plugin on a clean wordpress install. When you activate the plugin and maintenance mode the whole maintenance page is blank.

Surely we are not meant to completely go over the whole settings area just to get the maintenance mode showing up? The settings in the new version seem way too intense for easy to install maintenance mode plugin currently.
