    Hi Team,

Could you please help us understand how we can change the URL structure to a sub-directory format?

    Example:
    Current: https://example.com/
    Required structure: https://example.com/es/

Also, could you please confirm the refund policy and share the details regarding the same?

Please share the required steps/configuration changes for the URL structure and any related documentation.

    Hi @minaxib ,

    Thank you for your message!

Regarding the URL structure, the subdirectory language tag is added to your site automatically once you add an additional language under Settings → TranslatePress → General tab. For example, after adding Spanish, your translated pages will be accessible at https://example.com/es/ without any extra configuration needed.

That said, if you also want your default language to use a subdirectory format as well, then you can enable the option “Use a subdirectory for the default language” from TranslatePress → General tab and then save the settings.

Regarding our refund policy, you can find the details here: https://translatepress.com/refund-policy/

If you have any further questions about our paid plans or would like to continue the conversation regarding premium features, please open a support ticket at https://translatepress.com/support/, as we are not able to discuss about paid versions here. Thank you for your understanding!
