Disable remove background functionality doesn’t work anymore

Dear plugin developer, we have included this filter in our theme: https://shortpixel.com/knowledge-base/article/how-to-remove-the-remove-background-functionality-from-emr/
This works well with version 4.1.9; this functionality is not displayed. However, with versions 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, despite the included function, the option to replace the background is displayed in the media library. Could you please confirm and resolve this? Thank you in advance!
