    Hi,

    On the Checkout page, the card payment option does not load under the payment methods. Stripe is configured and active.

    Can you help me figure out what the problem might be?

    It looks like this is related to the Stripe plugin rather than WooCommerce core itself, so for the best support you’d want to post in the Stripe forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/#new-topic-0.

    I’ll mark this one as resolved but in your new thread over there, could you share a couple of things:

    1. A link to your site or a screenshot of what you’re seeing at checkout. Please use snipboard.io to share it here. It’ll help to see whether the card section is missing entirely, or whether it appears but fails to load the card input fields.
    2. Are you using the Checkout Block or the classic checkout shortcode?
    3. Do any other payment methods appear on the checkout page?
    4. Are there any related Stripe logs under WooCommerce → Status → Logs?
    5. A copy of your System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status. Click Get system report, then Copy for support (after scrolling down a bit), and paste it into pastebin.com or gist.github.com. Share the link here in your reply.

    Also, are there any error messages in your browser’s developer console (F12 → Console tab) when you load the checkout page? A screenshot of those would be helpful too.

    Hi Frank,

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I disabled the “Dynamically display the most relevant payment methods you’ve enabled” option in the settings, and after that the card payment method started appearing and loading properly.

    However, the cardholder name field does not appear in the card details section. I searched online, and it seems that this field may not appear at all. Could you please confirm this?
