Fatal error in version 7.3.7

    I get the following fatal error after updating to version 7.3.7

    PHP Fatal error: WP_HTML_Tag_Processor::apply_attributes_updates(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /sites/example.com/files/wp-includes/html-api/class-wp-html-tag-processor.php on line 2548

    As a fatal error, it kills the site showing a white screen of death.

    Reverting to 7.3.6 fixes the problem.
