What is about previous orders ?

I installed this plugin. But before installing, till now 600+ order are already on shop. Some are shipped. When I open shipped order >> edit order, main status is shipped but in items inline showing as Not shipped… How to fix that set items as shipped for previous / older orders which are already shipped before installing this plugin ?
