Regarding GTM Head Code not displayed header

    Hi,

    When I activate the plugin, the GTM code added to the body is displayed correctly, but the GTM code added to the head is not visible in the page source.

    After deactivating the plugin, the GTM code in the head appears as expected.

    Could you please check the issue and let me know the cause and solution?
