ChangeLog list order

Can the change log list order be inverted, so that the latest update appears at the top, instead of the bottom? When reviewing details of new version (via /wp-admin/update-core.php) before updating, its currently a long scroll to see the current change log entry.

Does the latest change log need to include everything back to 2023-Mar (3 years)? Maybe a change log that goes back 12 months would be sufficient?

P.S. Version 3.0.70 still only indicates “Compatible up to: 6.9.4”, with WordPress 7.0 having been released more than 30 days ago.
