Additional text below order confirmation mail

    HI,

    I’ve been looking for an hour on support pages but cannot find an answer. A couple of months ago I managed to write an additional text about the Christmas holidays pickup schedule right below the order confirmation e-mail. Now of course I wish to change or delete this text. However I cannot find where it’s located.

    I’ve checked the Woocommerce > Emails > confirmation/reminder mails
    I’ve checked functions.php
    I’ve checked if there is a copy in my theme child folder for the order-details-customer page

    Cannot find it anywhere there. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @mattiamariejulie!

    I understand how frustrating it can be when you know you’ve added some custom content but can’t remember where it was configured.

    Could you let us know whether the Block Email Editor (alpha) feature was enabled when you added that text? Is that option still enabled on your site?

    If you’re not sure, could you please try the following?

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features.
    2. Find Block Email Editor (alpha) and enable it (if it’s currently disabled).
    3. Save your changes.
    4. Then go to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails and try editing the relevant email, such as the Order Confirmation or Order Fulfilled email, to see if you’re able to locate and edit the text there.

    If you’re still unable to find the text, I’d like to gather a bit more information about your site so we can investigate further.
