    Hi,

I’m using the latest version of wordpress 7, polylang 3.8.5, All-In-One Security (AIOS) 5.4.9 and twenty fourteen 4.5. I am not sure, but I think that this error is related to AIOS (in my case it is disabled).

load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=react,react-jsx-runtime,wp-autop,wp-blob,wp-block-serialization-default-parser,wp-hooks,wp-deprecated,wp-dom,react-dom,wp-escape&load%5Bchunk_1%5D=-html,wp-element,wp-is-shallow-equal&ver=7.0:101 Block with API version 2 or lower is deprecated since version 6.9. See: https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/reference-guides/block-api/block-api-versions/block-migration-for-iframe-editor-compatibility/ Note: The block "twofactor/user-settings" is registered with API version 1. This means that the post editor may work as a non-iframe editor. Since all editors are planned to work as iframes in the future, set the <span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.8rem; text-align: initial;">apiVersion</span> field to 3 and test the block inside the iframe editor.

If confirmed, are you planning to update it?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

The console message you’re seeing is a deprecation warning rather than an error. It indicates that the twofactor/user-settings block is currently registered using Block API version 1, while WordPress 6.9+ recommends using Block API version 3 for compatibility with the iframe-based editor.

We will review this to determine whether the block registration should be updated to API version 3 and will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Regards

    Hi @alfredino,

We have created an internal ticket to address this deprecation warning. It will be fixed in one of the upcoming AIOS releases.
