    Hi @frankdoherty,

Thank you for reporting this. This is a confirmed bug in Jetpack Social 9.0.2 and our team is actively working on a fix right now.

If you need access to your Jetpack admin pages immediately, you can deactivate Jetpack Social in Plugins → Installed Plugins. If the admin is completely inaccessible, you can rename the jetpack-social folder to jetpack-social-disabled via your hosting File Manager or FTP.

Your site’s front end is not affected, only certain admin pages are impacted.

We’ll follow up here once the fix is released. Apologies for the trouble, and thanks for your patience!

    Hi @frankdoherty,

Good news! A fix has just been released! Please update Jetpack Social to version 9.0.3 and everything should be back to normal.

If you previously deactivated the plugin, you can reactivate it first and then update. If you renamed the folder via FTP, rename it back from jetpack-social-disabled to jetpack-social, then log into your admin and update the plugin.

Since the issue is now resolved, I’ll go ahead and mark the thread accordingly, but if you run into anything else, don’t hesitate to reply here anytime. We’re always happy to help.

Sorry again for the trouble, and thank you for your patience in reporting this. It genuinely helped us catch and fix it faster.

    Best,
