    In the Indexing table ->Comments, I set comments from the drop-down menu + Save.
    I ran a test search, but it doesn’t highlight the comment’s article title or content.

    That setting has nothing to do with highlights. Highlights are controlled from the Excerpts and Highlights settings, where you can set Relevanssi to highlight comment content.
