We are using PublishPress Revisions and have noticed that users with the Editor role can create revisions, but when they edit a revision there is no “Submit Revision” button available.

Instead, they only see “Update Revision” and “Approve Revision”

We would like Editors to be able to submit revisions through the approval workflow. Is this expected behavior for the Editor role, or is there a permission/setting that needs to be configured?

    Hi @vikp ,

Thank you for using PublishPress Revisions.

When you’re logged in as an Editor, are you unable to see this button?

Also, you mentioned that you’d like Editors to be able to submit revisions through an approval workflow. Could you tell us a bit more about how that workflow is set up on your site? For example, are you using another plugin to manage the approval process?

Please provide a screen capture to make sure I understand your issue correctly.

Right now, I’m using your plugin with the default settings, and I also uninstalled the User Role Editor plugin to check if there was any conflict from that side.

However, I’m still seeing only those buttons installed, including the “Submit for Revision” button. https://prnt.sc/Xs0603YtVy0Y
