slug translation … please

    Hi,

    I am a big fan, for long time. My stats, given by your plugin:

    4.8MTotal Strings Translated!

    • Total Characters110.9M
    • Total Pages / Posts39951
    • Time Taken278 hours 59 min

    … it really rocks, especially even more after the several 1.8.x updates.
    But please do find a smart way to also translate the slugs. Please.

    Translations currently create 404 errors or redirects (not due to your plugin, but to the main plugin, which by principle translates only afterwards -too late-, frequently when the indexing bot has already indexed the page URL … or too costly)

    We also appreciate your suggestion regarding slug translation. We understand how valuable this feature would be for SEO and indexing, and we can certainly see the benefits it could bring.

    At the moment, our team is focused on several other development priorities and projects. However, we’ve noted your feedback, and if it becomes feasible within our roadmap, we will definitely consider implementing this feature in a future update.
