Deferred vs Delayed

When I keep JS in delayed mode, on mobile, after choosing gift card amount, nothing appears for entering information. Add to cart button is not working either.

Moving JS to deferred mode, it’s working well.

I tried to exclude /wp-content/plugins/pw-gift-cards/assets/js/pw-gift-cards.js but it seems the functions rely on jQuery very much, so I also need to exclude several other JS.

On desktop, it is still working well, either deferred or delayed. The problem is only happening on mobile.

Is that a bug? I am on Pro version 3.83
