Access can persist for quite a while if no one takes any explicit action to prevent access, If you’re still able to, you could delete all DNS records related to the domain. And/or delete all server files in the public HTML directory that’s related to your domain name. If you have no access to either account anymore, you could try contacting the host or registrar and ask for assistance. If you have no account with them any more, they could lack incentive to help you. The site will eventually go away on its own, but it could take a while.
