mailpoet admin pages blank

My site is hosted on wordpress.com. Earlier today I worked with support to shift my premium subscription from one site to another and then after that I installed the mailpoet plugin on the new site and then was able to enter my key and create a form. Later today I went to import my subscriber list and found that all of the admin pages *except* home are blank. home has text, however, all images show up as broken. I went through the incognitio troubleshooting, then used firefox, then did the site-health troubleshooting and with twenty-two theme and only mailpoet plugin enabled I still have the same issue.
