Section Notes

The ability to add a note to a section is great. It helps us track configuration details, particularly for plugins. However, we have been unable to find anywhere these appear except when viewing all JAMP Notes. It would be great if these notes appeared at the top of the admin pages they are associated with. Or, alternately, an option in the header, similar to Global Notes, to view these notes.
