• I am using Hivepress with Listhive theme. After installation maps displayed throughout the site, but lately do not display. When adding a listing a “Cannot connect with server” is displayed in the location field.

    I disabled the Geolocation extension for now to be able to add listings.

    Is there a problem with the extension interface with Mapbox or where can the problem be?

    Thank you for the details. We tried to reproduce the issue locally by enabling Mapbox and configuring it according to the documentation, and everything worked as expected: the map loaded correctly, the location field showed the dropdown.

    We also tried to find any errors in your console, however it appears that the Geolocation plugin was disabled as you mentioned. Could you please reach out to us at support@hivepress.io? Alternatively, could you please let us know if there are any errors in your console when the plugin is enabled?

    Additionally, when you mention that the issue started occurring lately, could you let us know if there were any plugin updates or other changes made to your site around that time? Such issues can sometimes occur when the key is not set up correctly, for example, a typo in the site restrictions, or the API and Secret keys being misplaced.
