I´d like to use the plugin with a non-auth mailserver. So there are no credentials and this is fine, as long as the mails are sent to my own mailadress. But greylisting might be an issue if the webhoster ip might change. Is there any kind of feature that deals with this? Like a re-try function (in the Pro Version)?

SERVER -> CLIENT: 450 4.2.0 : Client host rejected: Greylisted for 60 seconds

SMTP ERROR: RCPT TO command failed: 450 4.2.0 : Client host rejected: Greylisted for 60 seconds

    Hello @cit1000 ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

As you’re asking about a paid version of WP Mail SMTP, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the WordPress.org support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks 🙂

No, i was asking about the feature itself. A resend / retry function. And IF there might be a feature in the paid version – i´d buy it. You might call it a pre-sales question. 🙂

    Hi @cit1000 ,

    Thanks for writing back.

For the presales question as well, we recommend writing to us directly to comply with WordPress.org’s policy. In the meantime, I’d like to inform that we don’t have an automated resend/retry feature, but we have a manual resend feature as outlined here.

    Thanks 🙂
