    Hello,

،hank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, I didn’t quite catch what the exact problem is. It would be highly appreciated if you could send me a few screenshots of the issue and also provide the link to the page where you’ve added your Depicter slider.

This way, I can investigate the matter better and help you get it resolved.”

    Hello,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Unfortunately, based on the screenshots you shared, I couldn’t identify any responsive issue with Depicter on your page.

Regarding the plus (+) button you mentioned, that is not related to Depicter. It belongs to your WordPress installation, so I recommend having it checked by a WordPress expert. There may be an issue with your WordPress installation.

However, if I understand your issue correctly, it seems that the background images used in your slides are not optimized for mobile devices. Fortunately, Depicter includes an option that allows you to assign a separate background image specifically for mobile.

In the Depicter editor, first set your desktop background image as usual. Then switch to Mobile using the responsive mode selector. Remove the existing background image and upload a new one that is optimized for mobile dimensions.

This way, you’ll have two different background images assigned to the same slider: one for desktop and one for mobile. Depicter will automatically load the appropriate image based on the screen size of the device viewing the slider.

For more guidance, please refer to the screenshots I attached. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I’ll be happy to help.
