• my reviews weren’t updating, so I tried to “recreate” the plug in and now I’m receiving an error that says “ I need to clear filters for reviews to display”

    can you help with this?

    Thank you for reporting this.

    We are currently experiencing an issue with the review fetching/synchronization process, which may cause connected Google locations to temporarily show no reviews even though reviews are available on Google.

    Our team is already working on fixing this as soon as possible. I’ll let you know here once the issue has been resolved.
