Hi fizzler,
Thanks for reporting the bug. After enabling the new checkboxes, did the issue get resolved for you? Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the problem.
Also, after updating the plugin, the newly introduced checkboxes should be automatically selected wherever required, and the update should not cause email notifications to stop working. We will investigate this further, and if we identify an issue, we will fix it in an upcoming update.
HI Sanjeev Kumar,
All the checkboxes were selected, and I can now say with certainty that, starting with version 3.12.22, the admin email is no longer sent with the correct content.
I tested all versions from .20 to .26 on my test instance, and starting with version 3.12.22, the email containing the form data—including the links to confirm or cancel appointments—is completely blank. I tried various settings, but always got the same result: a blank admin email.
I’d appreciate any tips, but I had to roll back to V3.12.21 because the admin email with the links is essential for my workflow—I don’t have time in the evenings to check all incoming requests in the WordPress backend.

Hi fizzler,
Thank you for taking the time to investigate the issue further and test it across multiple versions. We really appreciate your efforts, and we’re sorry that you had to roll back to the previous version again.
Could you please try one more thing? Update to the latest version, keep the required checkboxes checked, and then click the Load default template link again for the Admin Email Template. After that, please test and let us know if the issue still persists.
Hello Sanjeev Kumar, sorry for my late reply. I’ll provide an update shortly. I pressed by accident the reset plugin button on my test environment and have to restore my data to the previous state first before I can continue with your recommendation.
PS.: after pressing the reset plugin button, almost all pages except settings are not accessible anymore, like vacations, connection, services etc. A plugin down- or upgrade is needed to get access to the pages.
Hi Sanyeev,
It looks like that your hint with Loading default template at Admin Email Template has solved the issue on my test environment. Will remain bit testing. But so far thank you very much for your support <3.
