    Bonjour,
    Je gère des plateformes de cours en ligne; et d’habitude je crée mes formulaires d’inscription avec le Plugin “User Registration & Memberships”; j’ai voulu tester “Ultimate Member” mais j’ai remarqué que quand j’essaie de créer une nouvelle page, seule une page blanche s’affiche sans possibilité de voir l’entête ni le corps de la page.
    Et en désactivant le plugin “Ultimate membre” tout redevient normal.
    J’ai la version 7.0 de WP.
    Quel est le problème?

    I guess the PHP error occurs on your website. This is most likely because of plugins conflict.

    Please enable debug logging and reproduce the issue then search for errors in the debug.log file. This file contains information about PHP errors and warnings. You will see error details in the log file if a PHP error causes this issue. Send us the error details.

    Do a conflict test to find a plugin that conflicts with ours if there are no errors. Deactivate third-party plugins one-by-one and test the feature that is not working properly. An issue goes away once the conflicting plugin is deactivated. Please let us know what third-party plugin conflicts with Ultimate Member.

    Hi @kalamoulaye

    The “PHP Deprecated” is a low-priority record. This is more of a notice than an error message.
    Are there “PHP Fatal error” or “PHP Warning” records in the log?

    Have you tried testing for plugin conflicts?

    Je ne peux pas faire de test de conflit pour les plugins; les plateformes que je gère sont dédiées aux cours préparatoires pour les concours administratifs (ENA, MAGISTRATURE, COUR DES COMPTES, GREFFE, ETC…); je ne peux pas prendre le risque qu’une plateforme soit inaccessible pour les étudiants qui doivent se connecter pour aller faire cours, voir les ressources ou les cours enregistrés.
    Je peux toujours me débrouiller si nécessaire avec les inscriptions; je me charge de les faire directement sur mon tableau de bord.
    Mais dés que possible je ferais le test.
