Hello @phoenixblue,
Thank you for reaching out,
You can use these two simple plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-media-sizes/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
The first plugin allows you to disable or modify image sizes generated on your website.
The second plugin can regenerate thumbnails and remove old thumbnail sizes that are no longer needed.
Depending on the amount of media on your website and your hosting configuration, the process may take some time. Please note that if your website is currently using cropped image sizes, disabling or removing them could result in 404 errors for those images.
Therefore, make sure to create a full backup of your website, including all uploaded media files, before using these plugins.
Hope it helps,
Best Regards
Hi. I tried “Disable Media Sizes” plugin but it doesn’t show the ocean-thumbs. I’m referring to the 3 bottom ones here: https://imgur.com/a/cdyg5UN
It only lets me disable the normal wordpress sizes.
Hello @phoenixblue,
Thank you for getting back.
Instead of “Disable Media Sizes” install and activate “Disable Generate Thumbnails”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-generate-thumbnails/.
Then go to WP Dashboard > Media > Disable Generate Thumbnails and disable them.
See the screenshot here: https://postimg.cc/kBZY0JVF.
Hope it helps,

Thanks. The “Disable Generate Thumbnails” plugin worked.
You’re welcome. I’m glad that works.
