Hi to all AIO support persons, not sure if it’s available, but if you want to help your company earn money from users of the free version, you really ought to consider offering plugin set-up for a fee. I’d be more than happy to have someone who knows the plugin and how it impacts a website – by reviewing our website’s needs – to set this very important plugin up. There’s so many variables attacking websites these days that it’s really a challenge to identify them, and set the correct measures to repel them.

I’m not a developer, just the website administrator for a small company with a few sites, and we don’t have a tech person. We hire a developer to set up the sites, but frankly, they rarely do a good job of setting up plugins to be maximum performers. If you charged a reasonable fee, seeing as you know the plugin well, I’d think you’d get a fair number of users who would be relieved to know the plugin is correctly set up.

    Just a thought,

    Tom

    Hi @splitfinger,

We understand that configuring a security plugin can be challenging, particularly for website developer also.

Unfortunately, the WordPress.org guidelines do not allow us to use their support forums to discuss paid software or services. However, you can raise a support ticket on our website.

Hi again Hjogi, had to throw that one out there for us somewhat in over our heads account admins. As it is, dive into the tutorials and guidance and set up with knowledge.

    Thanks for responding,

    Tom
