Doesnt work

The company continued charging me an annual fee even though I no longer use the plugin. I also asked twice to remove/cancel the autopayment, but it was still not properly handled.

A plugin can have technical issues, but continuing to charge customers after cancellation requests is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this plugin or the company’s subscription billing practices.
