We were unable to replicate the issue on our end, as the footer text is fully customizable from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Footer. Knowing exactly which text you are referring to will help us investigate and assist you more effectively.
After reviewing your screenshot, it appears you may be using an older version of the theme. The latest version 4.2.0 includes a fully functional header and footer builder with no such restrictions.
If you could also share your site link along with the screenshot, we would be able to confirm the theme version you are currently running.
If you are on an older version, we strongly recommend updating to the latest version 4.2.0. Before doing so, please make sure to take a full backup of your site first. Once the update is complete, please clear all caches from your plugins and server, as cached files can sometimes affect the site’s layout and appearance after a major theme update.
