Thank you for reaching out. This can happen when a plugin update doesn’t complete properly. Here are a few things to check:

1. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and see if MailPoet is listed there. If it’s listed but deactivated, simply reactivate it.
2. If it’s not listed at all, the update may not have completed. You can reinstall it by downloading the latest version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailpoet/ and uploading it via FTP. This guide walks you through the steps: Re-installing / Updating the Plugin via FTP
