License domain mismatch

    Hi,
    We are using the premium version of the plugin. We bought it for our pharmaceuticals website and used the license only in this domain. But not sure why I received a “License domain mismatch” email from you guys and the email asks me to purchase the plugin again.

    I tried to update the plugin from dashboard but it doesn’t update the plugin even though WordPress gives a notification that the plugin was updated. I guess this is happening because of this error.

    Can you please make sure my license is attached to my domain? FYI, I replied to your email with the same reply but have not received any update from your side for the 4 days.
