Image Hover Effects Ultimate images disappearing

I have had an issue for a couple months at this point that I have tried to troubleshoot but am stuck. In several areas at my site peripakroo.com that use Image Hover Effects Ultimate, images are disappearing from the front end AND the Admin. For instance on my home page at peripakroo.com, the area under Business Kits is blank; when I look at the Admin, there is no Image Hover Effects Ultimate block or any image block at all. In the areas of my site where the images are appearing correctly, no block appears in the back end. 

Another example is this page: https://peripakroo.com/5-freelance-contract-clauses/ In the sidebar under More Business Kits, a set of images should be showing but there’s nothing there.

Possibly related, in the Plugins I am prompted to activate my license but when entering my license it says “invalid license key.” Not sure when this happened; the license was activated about 5 years ago.
