    Asking for support

    When asking for support, please include as many details as possible:

    • A link to your website
    • Any error messages or other things you saw.
    • Which version of the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin you’re on
    • WordPress & PHP version

    Priority Support

    We try to offer support as soon as we can but if you need priority support or advanced customisations, upgrade to Mailchimp for WordPress Premium. Our average response time is just a couple of hours on weekdays.
