Settings button not working

    When I click on the settings icon for an individual item in my Mega Menu, nothing happens. It shows ‘Edit’ on hover but nothing appears if I click it. This Menu has worked for several years so I assume it’s an issue with an update?

    Which browser are you using please?

    Do you see any errors in the console?

    Thanks, can you try Chrome or FireFox whilst I look into it?

    @megatom I have just tried on Chrome, the same thing happens! It recognises that I’m clicking the settings icon (box goes darker grey), but nothing appears. Thanks,

    Hi Natasha,

    Thanks for trying that. I’ve double checked here, and it’s working, and we’ve had no other reports which makes me think its most likely to be a plugin or theme conflict. Do you have a staging site where you can disable all plugins except MMM, then enable one by one to find the conflict?

    As a quick workaround, you can go to Appearance > Widgets. In there you should find the Max Mega Menu Widgets section. Within there, find the image widget and edit it there instead. You might find it works better if you have the Classic Widgets plugin installed.
