will not honor refund policy

Bought a license by accident and they refused to honor their refund period. You can only refund after 7days but before 14 days and the refund option never appeared on our invoice after checking daily and submitting a support request (minutes after the purchase) only to be told to keep waiting and then they stopped replying.
