Master switch at the header should be disabled

Here’s another suggestion. The master switch for the plugin is located at the header, it should not be placed there as it is very easy to click on it (for someone that does not know the plugin very well) and thus disable everything, and to get BrickPanel enabled again is rather complicated as one would have to go to the plugins screen to click on BrikPanel’s settings link.
