    A couple days ago, I Paid $60 to purchase an upgrade for Elementor as part of my WordPress. It had a feature called Image Optimizer in side it. I worked one time then now it says I got to upgrade and buy it again after two days. It won’t let me optimize any more images. This is apparently a scam. There does not seem to be any way to contact anyone for help. I will contact my credit card to dispute the charge. But I am not sure I will ever get anything back. DO NOT TAKE A CHANC E WITH THIS COMPANY – THEY ARE A SCAM.

    May I know specifically which plan you had purchased ? Except for the ONE plan none of our plan includes Image optimizer as a complementary option. You might have been using the free version as usual and hit the limit.
