• “Saying that you get a easy Staging site is correct but getting that back to production is just impossible, Upgrading the licenses just add nothing at all. Even the latest sync feature is sadly a not working part of the experience and yet again the user is testing software for some company.”

That was my review previously which i was very frustrated and complete unnecessary. The team went way beyond what should be expected and fixed everything and made even a very special version because i was unaware that a docker environment in this case had some special limitations where it would just not work at all. Thanks guys love the plug-in. Support is absolutely 110% or better.

    Hi @martijnvw

Thank you for sharing your feedback, though I am sorry for the initial frustration you experienced!

As we investigated together in your support ticket, the root cause of the sync failure was an underlying issue with your live site’s database structure.

The core WordPress schema requires option_id to be the unique primary key, but your site’s database had been modified (likely by a server or database quirk) to use option_name as the primary key instead. This structure strictly breaks standard WordPress behavior and blocked the migration.

I have completely repaired this database layout for you now, restoring it to a healthy, standard WordPress structure. I am currently awaiting your confirmation on our active ticket to safely push the final sync through for you.

We are fully committed to getting this working perfectly for you, so please check our ticket and let me know if we can proceed!

    Thanks.
