I checked the image on your site and noticed that, unlike the other product images on the shop page, this particular image is not being rendered with the same inline width and height attributes. This could be contributing to the distortion you’re seeing.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you try deleting this image from the Media Library, re-uploading it, and then reassigning it to the product? This will regenerate the attachment metadata and may help if the issue is related to the image itself.
Could you also confirm whether the issue resolves on its own, or if you need to take any specific action before the image starts displaying correctly again? If there are any steps that temporarily make the issue disappear, please let us know.
