    We are seeing an issue where the endpoint https://api.nelioabtesting.com/v1/check?siteId=fd58d5fe-...... fails, causing my site to reload constantly. When I visit the failing URL in my browser, I see true. I cannot even have the plugin active. Please help!

    Hi! That endpoint is unrelated to the page loading process. The issue must lie somewhere else. Could you please send me an email at support at nelio software dot com? I’d like to take a closer look at your setup to identify what’s going on, probably in a staging environment if possible.
