Mailpoet Doesn’t send Emails

    Hi,

    I can create emails in Mailpoet however, when I go to the send page – the page freezes. Everything still works fine as in the website but that “Send” page simply crashes. Please help.

    Hi Paul,

    A freezing Send page while the rest of the site works normally usually points to either a browser-level conflict or a plugin/theme conflict on your site.

    Let’s start with the quickest check:

    1. Open your site’s wp-admin in an incognito/private browser window (with all extensions disabled) and try the MailPoet Send page again. Browser extensions like ad-blockers or security tools can block the scripts MailPoet needs to load that page.
    2. If it still freezes in incognito, the next step is a plugin conflict test
    3. If neither of those helps, please share your MailPoet System Info (MailPoet > Help > System Info tab) so we can look for any server-side issues. Note: please redact any sensitive information since this is a public forum.

    Yes, the issue is with google site kit plugin. Any thoughts?
