Emails Not sending

    HI, emails are not being sent to recipients or to the admins from the Contact Form or the Forms that require payment and go through WooCommerce. We tried connecting to the client’s Gmail account since that is what they use for the emails. See the video explanation and the screenshots.

    Thank You for contacting our support team.

    First, please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    To resolve the issue, kindly install the beta version of the plugin provided below, which includes the necessary fix.

    Additionally, please go to your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services. Locate any existing connections related to Post SMTP, open the connection, and click Delete all connections you have with Post SMTP, then confirm.

    After that, return to your WordPress dashboard and reconnect Post SMTP. During the connection process, please ensure that you grant all requested permissions and select the required permission checkbox.

    Also kindly make sure to Grant Permission with Google if you still see the error.
