Thanks for reporting this issue to us. Our developers have scheduled updates for our plugins based on the new version already.
Since the number of plugins from our team is a bit large, our developers will handle one by one based on the active installations from the largest to the smallest to make sure the majority of users could use them with the new update.
Kindly be patient and check back when you find a new update delivered to your dashboard.

Version 2.3.1 is only OK when WooCommerce is installed

Updates sometimes will be delivered a bit late after the new update of WooCommerce and WordPress since we are having nearly 80 plugins to work on. But you can rest assured that we still are trying our best.

It seems that you have mistaken the description of our plugins. ALL of our WPC plugins are made for and only for WooCommerce. Without WooCommerce, none of them would be able to function. This is also stated in the description page as well as settings/Plugins section on your dashboard.
