Redirection is not working after registering with forms

Hi!

I am experiencing a problem related to redirection after registering with an UM register form. When a user registers via form and completes it with all the information provided then clics it on “Register” but doesn’t redirect to its profile or user page but remains on the same page. These forms are embedded on shortcodes on a page built with Elementor.

I tried a lot of options to see if this problem fixed: deactivating/activating LiteSpeed, deactivating/activating the theme (OceanWP) and turning to Twentytwenty-five, rollbacking to a previous version of Elementor, purging cache but none of them worked.

The form worked fine about 3 or 4 days ago and since then, the problem persists.

Does anyone know why this can be happening? This is the first time it happens on my website and need to solve it ASAP because more people are registering and this can lead to an “empty” experience.
