Thank you for reporting the issue. I understand your concern regarding the Site Insights page showing the message: “Oops… something went wrong” after updating to WooCommerce 10.8.1.
I tested this on my end, but I was not able to replicate the issue. Everything appears to be working correctly on my test site.
To start troubleshooting, please head over to:
WooCommerce → Status → Tools
and run the following tools:
- WooCommerce transients → Clear
- Expired transients → Clear
- Clear template cache → Clear
- Capabilities → Reset capabilities
- Clear customer sessions → Clear
After that, please clear your browser cache and check the Site Insights page again.
If the issue still persists, I’d like to gather some additional information about your site so we can investigate further. Please share the following:
- System Status Report
(WooCommerce → Status)
- Fatal error logs (if any)
(WooCommerce → Status → Logs)
