    Hi Essential Addons Support,

    I am experiencing a serious compatibility issue between Essential Addons for Elementor and the Elementor page builder.

    Problem: When Essential Addons for Elementor is active, I cannot access the Elementor editor at all. The editor either fails to load or becomes completely unusable. As soon as I deactivate Essential Addons, the Elementor editor works normally.

    • Essential Addons Version: newest
    • WordPress Version: newest

    We have 18 FAQ sections built using Essential Addons. Rebuilding all of them in native Elementor would be very time-consuming, so we are hoping for a fix on your end.

    Could you please let me know:

    1. Is this a known issue with the latest versions?
    2. Is there a fix, workaround, or beta version available?
    3. Any specific settings or code I should try?

    Greetings.

    The Elementor editor getting stuck issue is commonly related to low website memory limits. Please check your current memory limit by navigating to:

    wp-admin → Elementor → System Info

    You can refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/MHHWa8

    To increase the memory limit, please edit your wp-config.php file. Just above this line:

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Add the following code:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    You will find the wp-config.php file in your WordPress root directory.

    If the issue still persists after increasing the memory limit, please try deactivating the Essential Addons widgets you are not currently using, especially the Dynamic Elements.
