Unable to create subpages.

So I have my blog, but last year an update happened on this them that I’m using and now can no longer add sub/ sub pages like I have been doing and how I have the website laid out. The layout that I have is the home page is my blog, and the static pages, that you can read from the upper drop down bars are my static pages. My past trip reports. Ever since the update last year, I haven’t been able to work on the static posts. It was a very simple way to make the bog and I loved it. Hopefully we can figure this out!
