Blocked user’s deleted posts cause reply loop in moderation queue

    When a blocked Bluesky user has their messages deleted, my replies to those messages are repeatedly reinjected into the moderation queue (3–4 times, in a loop), with no end.

    This seems to be a missing “orphan” handling case: when a parent comment is deleted or blocked, child replies should be discarded rather than reprocessed indefinitely.
