Filters broken after update

The first 3 filters are broken after the update to 1.1.0, you can see it here:

It also broke the custom pages

(it should look like this https://jkvnl.com/shop/product_categorie-chocolate-moulds/)I tested multiple things and it looks like the update is the trigger. I also already saved the permalinks again that did not work. We do use WPML. Can you help me?
